At RTC we specialize in ‘Training Trainers’ we offer the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a creative and flexible course.
We look at the Industry students are training in and adapt the course to meet your needs. Gone are the days of Trainers standing in front of the class room sprouting facts and having occasion group exercises, gone are the days of power point pain (wish they gave me the power points and I would of taken them home to read) yawn, how boring.
Training is about ‘just in time’ workplace models, and developing facilitator skills to lead a discussion or sequence of activities towards an end conclusion.
