I have been in the Early Childhood industry for many years, completing my Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Childcare management back home in Ireland. After completing my degree, I have been given the opportunity to experience employment as an Assistant, Room Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Director and Director. Over this time, I became passionate about supporting the needs of those new to the industry and those of which were studying towards a qualification. This prompted me to further my study and complete my certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

It is my aim and passion to support students individually over the course of your studies. Rowe Training supports my personal pedagogical belief and ensures that students are supported theoretically through classes and practically through on the job training & mentoring. Throughout this process I am given the opportunity to develop positive relationships with my students and ensure they are given the best possible journey through adult education.

Deb has 30 years of expertise in Early Childhood Education and Care starting as an Assistant in the 1980's then working her way up to be a Director. Deb moved into Training and Development after finding the key to supporting Educators was ensuring they received the best Training possible.

Deb's expertise in the sector coupled with her Business Acumen has enable her to grow her Niche Market since starting as a professional development provider in 2006 to gaining RTO status in 2007 to today.

During the years Deb has been successful in training a large number of students to gain their qualification in Early Childhood and still takes the time in developing relationships with each and every student. Deb is a keen advocate for families and children and young people and aims to ensure a high level of quality Training and Assessment will provide the children and young people of the NT with  quality care and education.

Deb has always moved with where learners needs are and in 2020 focused delivery of training on Trauma Informed Care and supporting those children and young people in Out of Home and Residential Care.

Audrey Wee Workplace Trainer/Placement Coordinator

I have been in the early childhood industry for over 10 years now. I completed my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education through University of Queensland Technology (QUT) in Brisbane and have worked across the NT for the past 8 years. When I worked as an Early Childhood Teacher, I discovered my interest as a mentor to support students completing their studies and placements. I find joy when I get to see students complete  courses for their own development. I'm also very passionate about reflecting upon our pedagogical practices with learning theories.
