This is a workshop with a difference it involves Experiential Learning. What is Experiential Learning? It can be described as learning that arises out of reflection on experience.
As effective teams play such an important part of organisation’s achieving their objectives, our focus for the end of 2008 is looking at different ways to inspire better Team Work.
Contents:
Imagine embarking upon an exciting and action-packed team race around Darwin and Palmerston with innovative challenges mixed in with local sights and attractions for an unforgettable Amazing Team Race.
Tailored rendezvous points will have teams engage in competitive challenges that progressively link together and lead them to a carefully selected final destination.
Key Themes:
Fun and competition, planning versus execution, speed and sense of urgency, teamwork and co-operation, decision making and destination discovery.
The afternoon session will be spent on debriefing and reflection, learning by doing includes knowledge and skills acquired outside of book\lecture learning situations through work, play, and other life experiences.

Time: You will need to allocate a whole day 9.00am till 4pm.
Venue: Start and end your challenge at a strategic point.
Fee: Can start from as little as $250 a participant depending on the challenges!!
