Change Management
As a Manager/Coordinator or team member, your hardest task is often to implement or manage change. To many people change is an unsettling and even threatening process. This workshop looks at change at three levels - personal, group and organisational - and considers the common reactions to change as well as strategies to help minimize resistance to change. It also provides a framework for implementing change within your service.

- Personal, team and organisational change strategies
- Developing the capacity embrace change within your team
