Training Organisation in April 2007 this was in response to
clients requests for Nationally Recognised Training namely
traineeships in Children’s
Services Certificate III and
Diploma,
Workplace
Training and Assessment for
Community Service Organisations and Diploma of Business for
Leadership and Management.
After considerable consultation with clients we have tailored the courses to meet client’s needs. Elective units were chosen with careful consideration of workplace requirements.
As we are passionate in helping organisations achieve their goals and vision, we look forward to “partnerships in success” and take the time with students to look at career goals and ensuring their learning achievements are going to mean workplace achievements. All our programs are flexibly delivered, this means the student learning may be through completing self paced study, classroom delivery, and/or workplace training and coaching. If you have more then 3 or 4 students from the one organisation we would be happy to discuss with you your training needs and contextualise the course specifically for your organisations requirements.
