About Us
Rowe Training was established by Debbie Rowe after many years working with and in Community Services, supporting families and children. These services were all great at what they delivered but needed support, direction and training in business management, leadership and development.
Debbie and staff develop close relationships with their clients, and now through Rowe Training & Consulting ensure that learning solutions meet and exceed the needs of their clients.
Learning Process
At Rowe Training & Consulting we concentrate on the learning process enabling individuals to achieve their best for themselves and their organisations. We believe that good training can change people's lives, and bad training just puts them to sleep.
Needs Analysis
We believe in performing a thorough training needs analysis for all clients to ensure the training developed meets outcomes required.
